Online Workplace Based Assessment (WPBA) Tools
Premier IT provide online WPBA assessment tools for trainee doctors at every stage of the trainee education curriclum. We provide online assessment tools for workplace based assessments to Royal Medical Colleges, Faculties, Deaneries and Post Graduate Medical Education Centres (PGME's) within Primary Care Trusts (PCTs). Our assessment tools conform to the Postgraduate Medical Education and Training Board (PMETB) standards and they have been developed to map the processes as outlined by the Gold Guide.
The workplace based assessment forms can be easily configured to accommodate Foundation Years 1 and 2 as well as specialty training. The forms can be up and running in days and the powerful management and reporting tools provide real-time access to program staff to manage and generate reports on the trainee assessment process.
Standard online WPBA assessment forms include:
- Directly Observer Procedural Skills (DOPs) - for the assessment of practical skills
- Wokplace Based Discussion (CbDs) - for the documentation of conversations and presentations of cases by doctors
- Peer Assessment Tool (PAT) - used for multi-source / (360 degree) feedback
