Train the Trainer Training

From experience, Premier IT appreciates that it is just not enough for trainers to teach participants to understand the information. Participant's interest must be captivated and they must be shown how to use that information properly. The Train the Trainer course utilises aspects of Emotional Intelligence and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). In addition to instruction on effective training techniques and learning how to use the software, the course includes additional components to the Train the Trainer course as follows:

· Understanding adult learners and what motivates them to learn

· Identifying the different learning styles eg Activtist, Theorist, Reflector and Pragmatist and continually adapting the style of delivery to accommodate each individuals learning styles during the course

· Awareness of instructional competencies and when applied, how they improve the delivery of the course

· Improving personal competencies and how the trainer's attitude and approach can impact on the success of the training event

By combining the above components into the Train the Trainer course, excellent results are produced on every Train the Trainer programme that is delivered. The learning outcomes from Premier's Train the Trainer course have been assessed as being equivalent to Level 3 National Standards. Level 3 qualifications are at a level equivalent to A levels and recognise the ability to gain, and where relevant apply, a range of knowledge, skills and understanding.

Premier will also provide the on-line CPD for all delegates to capture and record their work-based evidence whilst working towards achieving the Certificate. Delegates are encouraged to take responsibility for providing evidence of their learning in the workplace and the CPD will assist in facilitating this activity. The online CPD also encourages "life-long learning" - should the delegate move to a different trust or other organisation, the delegate can still access the online CPD and continue updating their work based evidence whilst working towards their educational goals.
